The following is the list of the carriers we incorporate with to deliver merchandise from our warehouse, retail store, production site to you. The rates are provided by our subcontractors. We do not guarantee the validity of the rates at the date you complete the purchase. The actual delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout prior to completing the order.

PROCESSING ORDERS TO SHIPPING

Orders received will be processed and packed within three business days. If an order is unable to be processed or fulfilled within this time period, you will be contacted by MoonStone MPLS for clarification and problem solving.

Cardless (Mobile) Payment

You can pay using a third-party payment processing provider service like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc. To do so, choose the necessary payment option at checkout.

Card Payment

We accept cards with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express symbol. Keeping your online payments secure is our number one priority. You will be charged when we ship your order
If your card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Your card will not be charged until we start processing your order.

If your card transaction isn't approved, your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

Gift Cards/Certificates

You can use both our physical gift cards and e-gift cards at our physical location and when shopping online. To make an online payment with a gift card, just follow these steps:

1. Select to use a gift card when paying at the checkout.

2. Enter the gift card number and PIN code (if required) in the highlighted field.

3. Make sure to confirm to apply the gift card towards your purchase.

You can use a gift card to pay for your entire order online or combine it with all other payment methods.
