Returns and Refunds
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of original purchase with proof of purchase - either a physical or digital receipt or valid receipt within the store database.
Items must be within original packaging and have all parts and pieces included. No refunds will be granted for partial items, sets missing pieces, or damaged product or packaging.
Refunds will only be issued in the tender used for the original purchase or for store credit, no exceptions. Store credit will only be issued for active customer accounts and cannot be processed without creation of or linkage to an account for the original purchase.
MoonStone MPLS reserves the right to not accept returns based on the condition of the item(s) being returned and/or if no proof of purchase can be established.
Web Sale Refunds
Full refunds will be issued within a week if an order has been canceled before it has been shipped. Refunds will only be issued in the same tender and with the same payment processor the order was paid with, no exceptions.
If an order has been shipped, has arrived and the customer wishes to return an item, returns can be accepted in person during any open store hours for no charge with proof of purchase depending on the condition of the item(s).
If an order has been shipped, has arrived and the customer wishes to return an item but cannot travel to MoonStone’s physical location, the customer is responsible for paying postage and packaging to return the item to MoonStone MPLS. The refund for the returned item will only be processed upon receipt of the item back to the store's location and is dependent on the condition the item arrives in.
MoonStone is not responsible for damages incurred during an order’s transit.
Non-returnable items include but are not limited to: broken items; hemp products; opened/used incense, colognes and sprays; used or damaged stickers; damaged jewelry; opened puzzles; digital downloads that have been opened/redeemed; decks that have been removed from shrinkwrap packaging. Damaged and opened goods may be sold to the store as "used" items at approximately 20% of the original/marked price, dependent on condition of the item and discretion of the staff.
